And shockingly at a fraction of what you'd pay for similar quality in rival markets like the DR, Panama and Costa Rica.

The reason why places like Zandaly will always do well is a matter of simple math. There are far too many hot girls in Medellin, and far too little opportunity. Whereas you take a girl like Jessica and put her in any US city, there are tons of guys with impressive incomes competing for her, there are just too many girls as pretty as her, and way too many guys with any money to act as suitors.
Medellin really is the perfect storm.
